Buying and Downloading Music

How can I purchase music from independent artists?

When listening to music on ENGAGE, you will see a price below the track name. This means the artist is selling this track and is up for purchase. In several cases You may be able to play the entire track for free, but with the option to “Pay More If You Wish”. This option lets you pay any price you want to the artist in order to support their efforts.

How can I purchase entire albums?

At this time, albums can only be purchased from our mobile app. To purchase an album , click on the “Albums” tab of the artists’ profile. When you see a label “Selling at..” , this means that album can be purchased. Once Your album is purchased, You have access to unlimited streaming on the app and can be found under My Purchases

Are transactions made through ENGAGE secure?

All payments are processed directly through PayPal. We do not store any of your credit card info and only transaction related details like date and time, transaction ID, and the tracks and album info you purchase. PayPal is the world’s leading payment gateway and accepts all major credit cards.

Where do I access my purchases for streaming and download?

You can download your purchases from three places: on the purchase confirmation page you’re directed to after finishing the checkout process, from the links we email to you at the time of purchase, and from My Purchases section of your account.

How can I place my downloaded music from ENGAGE onto iTunes or my phone’s media player?

To add music to iTunes, just launch iTunes and choose File > Add To Library.

To add music to your phone’s media player, simply connect the phone to your laptop or desktop using a USB cable and drag your ENGAGE downloads into the music folder of your phone.

If you avoid all of this hassle, simply download our mobile app and enjoy all your purchases any time anywhere.

Sometimes I hear 2 tracks playing over each other on the website. Why is that?

Track sync issues may arise when the play button is clicked too many times in succession while browsing music. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we are working hard to ensure these sync problems do not occur under any circumstances. To fix the issue, You can simply refresh the browser page and click play again.
